Today's hiring manager requires a much greater level of support, particularly when engaging in cross-cultural or cross-disciplinary hiring, and may well need greater levels of interpretation and, unfortunately, validation of candidates' career histories. Our role is to work with those entrusted with the authority to hire, and to support their activities by sourcing candidates and building shortlists that enable us to facilitate challenging encounters between clients and candidates in an interview, and creating interest on behalf of both parties to secure a successful hiring outcome.
